An employee was frustrated with the company they worked for after they claimed that workers could be fired for talking about pay in any meeting. After that, they decided it was important to document anything in their workplace that they didn't like the look of.
When it seemed like their job was under attack because of their protests against this rule, they realized that the demand not to talk about salary was in the company handbook. They decided to send the information that they had collected to the labor board, and it wasn't long before management was feeling the effects of doing something that they shouldn't have.

Found out my company put in their hand book no talking about pay, so I sent it to the labor board and they got fined for it
